If you Option-click the WiFi menu bar icon, or the Bluetooth one, the menu will show additional technical information, and diagnostics options. I have run across two cases where dynamic menus have "hidden" items that otherwise are hard to find. (iPhotos does have a "Recently Deleted" area, somewhat analogous to the Trash.)
"Move To Trash" and "Remove from Album" are reversible. In Photos, "Remove From Album" turns into "Delete". In the Finder, "Move To Trash" turns into "Delete Immediately". In some cases, a dynamic menu item's hidden side may be more dangerous than its well-known side.
